Focal points from 22 councils in the North West Region have have trained on websites management. The training organized by UCCC is in line with the ongoing digitalisation drive of councils in Cameroon. Keeping in line with the call for councils to go online, the focal points for two days gained skills on the know-how of website management. This included the creation and management of content for the website. The focal points were equally called up to to always work in collaboration with their mayors before publishing any information online.
Emphasis was equally laid on the regular updates of information on the website as the website sells the image of the council to the public.
